DIS Aluminium Valencia

DIS is evaluating a possible secondary aluminium remelt project in the Valencia region. Circular materials, energy, port logistics and industrial knowledge are the themes. This is not an operating plant.

A secondary aluminium project in development.

Conceptual process

A simplified view of how a secondary remelt might be organised. It is a development model — not a description of a running line.

  1. 01

    Scrap

Secondary metal as the starting point.

  2. 02

    Sorting / preparation

Prepare material for a remelt route.

  3. 03

    Melting

    A remelt step — conceptual.

  4. 04

    Treatment

Metal treatment as part of the model.

  5. 05

    Casting

Form as required by a future design.

  6. 06

    Logistics

Port and regional movement as a theme.

Industrial roots

From experience to a new industrial chapter

DIS industrial experience includes earlier aluminium scrap remelting operations in Bakhmut, Ukraine. That work was aluminium scrap remelting and aluminium industrial operations — not generic metallurgy. The former Bakhmut operation is no longer operating. That practical industrial experience forms part of the knowledge behind the development of a new aluminium chapter in the Valencia region.

  1. 01

    History

    Bakhmut

Aluminium scrap remelting experience. No longer operating.

  2. 02

    Industrial knowledge

    Practical experience and accumulated know-how.

  3. 03

    Development

    Valencia

    A new aluminium development chapter.

This is continuity of experience and industrial knowledge. It is not the same legal entity, facility, or operating continuation. Equipment, contracts, customers, licences, assets and operations are not presented as transferred from Bakhmut to Valencia.

What is being evaluated

DIS Aluminium Valencia is a development program: the evaluation of a possible secondary aluminium remelt in the Valencia region. The industrial idea is circular — keep metal in use — and it is considered together with energy, logistics and the industrial knowledge the Group already holds, including the character of a port region.

What is not claimed

No site is secured on this page. No lease is signed, no permit is granted, no production is running, and no supply, customer, financing or offtake arrangement is presented. Confidential business-plan figures are not published here. Valencia is not presented as the former Bakhmut operation under a new name.

Place in the Group

If the project proceeds, it would be an Industry program that needs Energy and is informed by Knowledge — including earlier remelt experience. Those links are the ecosystem design. They are not evidence that a plant exists, or that a former facility continues here.

This program in One Ecosystem

  1. Industry
  2. Knowledge
  3. Energy
  4. DIS Aluminium Valencia

Industry is the home domain. Knowledge is how earlier industrial experience is held. Energy is a necessary companion to remelt work. DIS Aluminium Valencia is the development chapter those layers inform. Experience becomes knowledge; knowledge informs what we build next. This is not a commissioned facility.
